Westfield United Fund Holiday Bar Crawl – Participant Waiver & Release

By participating in the Westfield United Fund Holiday Bar Crawl (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in this Event is voluntary and involves visiting multiple licensed establishments, walking between locations, and being in public spaces. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen events.

I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older, will carry valid identification, and will comply with all local laws, venue rules, and staff instructions at each participating location.

I agree to drink responsibly. I understand that alcohol consumption is optional, and I accept full responsibility for my own actions, behavior, and well-being throughout the Event.

I hereby release and hold harmless the Westfield United Fund, its board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, participating bars, and affiliated partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or third-party claims.

I understand that the Event is a fundraising activity, and that the Westfield United Fund does not sell, serve, or provide alcohol. Alcohol service is solely the responsibility of the licensed establishments.

I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the Event to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

By participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
