“Thanks to each you for inviting me to the Fund Distribution Committee. You provided a forum for open and honest dialogue and your leadership was very evident throughout…I look forward to being given the opportunity to serve on the committee next season.”

WESTFIELD “UNITED BY LIGHT”
Started as a response to the mental health crisis facing communities across the country, Westfield “United by Light” raises awareness and funding for local mental health services. Participating households purchase candle kits and then “light the night” on an evening in the fall.
”United by Light” 2025 planning is underway. Starting in early fall, we will be looking for volunteers to help with assembly, distribution, and more. We invite you to be a part of this community tradition.
“I believe in the importance of coming together to make a positive difference and I am eager to contribute to the meaningful impact the organization has on those in need.”
- Aneesa C.
Trustee & “United by Light” Co-Chair
VOLUNTEER AT A PARTNER AGENCY

“We believe that volunteers are the backbone of our organization. They bring a human touch and a caring approach to all that we do.
Without the help we receive from our dedicated volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to provide our wide range of services.”
- St. Joseph Social Service Center
