MEET OUR TEAM

Beth Saad
Executive Director

Beth Saad, Executive Director of the Westfield United Fund, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for service. With a background as the United Fund's Social Media Manager for four years, Beth gained deep insights into the Fund's operations, its Board members, and the agencies it supports. Beth served as Community Outreach Chair for the Newcomers Club and now as the Community Service Coordinator at McKinley Elementary. Inspired by her little brother’s severe disabilities, volunteering has always been a central part of her life.

Beth lives in Westfield with her husband, two children, and a growing family of pets. She enjoys knitting, baking, and learning Italian.

Emily Reichart
Development Associate

Emily joins the Westfield United Fund with experience in grant writing, donor communications, and foundation relations. Before becoming part of our team, she spent over 10 years at The Samaritan Community, a human services non-profit in Baltimore, MD, where she worked to secure funding for the organization through grant writing and development. She also worked in communications departments of several health systems in Philadelphia. She is grateful her work allows her to help others and the community.

Emily lives in Westfield with her husband, daughter, dog, and cat. In her spare time, she enjoys running, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends.
